About Us
Different Color Sounds is a Music Publishing, Brand Development, and Entertainment Company specializing in high quality music production. Founded September 1, 2016 in Norfolk VA, Different Color Sounds aims to differentiate a new era of music in today’s sounds of Hip-Hop. Inspired by the progression of William White (Illien Rosewell) from DNA to Ill Will to the evolution of Illien Rosewell, Kelly Ennis (K. Telsa) sought to expand the potential of Rosewell into a brand. Fueled by his independence and desire to create his own image and music, Rosewell teamed with K. Telsa and investor Antonio Bailey (Jimbo Wam) to come together and create Different Color Sounds. With a goal of inspiring artists with unique talent, sounds and images, the vision of Different Color Sounds is to elevate positive vibes while maintaining the Hip-Hop sound with perfect rhythm. The idea of “no genre, just music” became the ideal in the development of Different Color Sounds as a brand and stands as the motto of company today. With the intent and integrity of artist development the Different Color Sounds roster maintains a unique celebration of acts with Illien Rosewell, Jimbo Wam, London Boii and Logic Marselis.
